Terms of Service

RepReady is an early access web app for creating, scheduling, logging, and reviewing training plans. By using RepReady, you agree to use it responsibly and only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

RepReady may change during early access. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may be updated as the product develops.

RepReady helps organize training plans and workout logs. It is not medical advice, a medical device, a substitute for a licensed clinician, or a substitute for qualified professional coaching.

You are responsible for deciding whether any exercise, workout, program, load, volume, intensity, or schedule is appropriate for your body, health, equipment, environment, and experience. Stop exercising and seek professional help if you feel pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.

AI Coach generates drafts and suggestions that may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe for your circumstances, or unsuitable for your goals. Review and edit AI-generated workouts and programs before scheduling, logging, or following them.

Do not rely on AI Coach for medical, emergency, rehabilitation, or diagnosis-related decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. Content you add to RepReady remains yours, but you give RepReady permission to process it as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.

Do not upload illegal content, malicious files, another person's private information without permission, or content that infringes others' rights.

Do not misuse RepReady, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private routes, abuse AI or notification systems, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use RepReady to harm yourself or others.

RepReady provides an account data export in settings. Account deletion is support-assisted in early access and can be requested from settings or by emailing support@repreadyfit.com.

RepReady is currently available during early access. Pricing has not been finalized, and future paid plans or usage limits may be introduced with notice where appropriate.

RepReady is provided as available and without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every user or training goal. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RepReady is not liable for injuries, training outcomes, data loss, indirect damages, or losses caused by relying on generated suggestions without appropriate review.
