How RepReady handles account, training, AI Coach, notification, and support data during early access.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
What RepReady collects
RepReady collects the information needed to operate a private training workspace. This can include account identifiers such as email address or phone number, profile preferences, theme, units, timezone, notification settings, support messages, and authentication metadata managed by Supabase.
Training data can include workouts, programs, planner entries, completed sessions, set logs, activity events, readiness logs, notes, custom exercises, exercise media metadata, and historical import files or parsed import drafts.
AI Coach data can include prompts and replies, draft workouts and programs, review and validation state, tool events, run metadata, feedback reports, incidents, and saved coaching memories used to improve your in-app experience.
How data is used
RepReady uses account and training data to authenticate you, save your training workspace, generate and revise AI-assisted plans, schedule and log workouts, show progress, support imports, provide notifications you enable, debug reliability issues, and respond to support requests.
RepReady is not a medical provider, does not provide medical advice, and does not use your data to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
AI processing
When you use AI Coach, relevant prompts, training context, draft plans, and validation details may be sent to AI service providers so RepReady can generate and revise workouts or programs. AI outputs are intended for your review and adjustment before use.
Do not enter information you do not want processed for AI-assisted training support. You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, program, or suggestion is appropriate for your health, environment, equipment, and ability.
Sharing and service providers
RepReady uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, AI generation, email or support workflows, analytics, and performance monitoring. These providers process data only as needed to operate the app.
RepReady does not sell personal training data. RepReady may disclose information if required by law, to protect the app or users, or as part of a business transfer involving the product.
Notifications and device data
If you enable rest timer notifications, RepReady stores push subscription information for your device or browser. Push cryptographic key material is used only to deliver notifications and is excluded from account data exports.
Export, deletion, and retention
You can download a JSON export of your account data from settings. You can request account deletion from settings or by emailing support@repreadyfit.com.
Deletion requests are support-assisted for the early access release. RepReady verifies the request before deleting app-owned account data and then deleting the associated authentication account. Some deleted information may remain in backups or logs until provider retention cycles expire.
Security
RepReady uses authenticated access, Supabase row-level security, server-only administrative keys, and private application routes to protect account data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so use a strong password and contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children and eligibility
RepReady is not intended for children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are not old enough to use online services in your location.
